Deva by name deva by nature. In Chester visiting my elderly parents. My stepmother required a hair cut. We were staying in a flat around the corner from Deva. I popped in to see if they could do a dry cut for a pensioner. There were two stylists standing doing nothing. The girl said she'd check the appointment book, then announced they were fully booked. Which happens and acceptable. On exiting the salon I heard the same girl say that she did well to avoid that?? What a Rude person and despicable way to think of and treat the elderly. This would have taken possibly 10 minutes and they'd probably have charged about £30.
