    Shocking service!, Rang to order a caliper carrier for a set of brakes I own, the part wasn’t listed on the website and it said to call if it wasn’t, Initially spoke to a very helpful lady who did her best to help, she said they can make it in house if they don’t have it and then told me I needed to send a email, So I did this including picture of said part and the make and model of the car and brake set up, Over the course of nearly 2 weeks I’ve rang 3 times and emailed 3 times just trying to get a answer as to if they can supply the part or not, I had a email back once saying it’s been passed to the technical team and suprise suprise no call back. VERY disappointing for such a well known company.

Also arrived sooner than expected. Used them twice now on 2 stage rallies and they fared very well so far. very happy with these and at a great price

    Shocking experience with these guys previously, Purchased super expensive 1 pce discs from them for their "Motorsport brake kit" for them to crack after one event and then be told theyre not for motorsport use. Wouldn't admit they use the cheapest of brakes and machine them to suit. Gone AP and never looked back!

    I have a bbk by hispec for my civic type r. The product itself is ok but since I need replacement parts like rotors etc everything has changed. The service is truly depressing. Discontinuing my kit and therefore needing to manufacture my discs custom(2x 50£ Extra for engineering the “custom” sizes). Since I had no choice I agreed. I needed extra bolts&nuts so ordered these after I received my rotors. They included a wrong invoice with this order resulting in a far too high tax amount. I contacted them about this issue and they did not even apologize after I answered with the detailed information. Just ignoring my email. Unfortunately this is not the first time I experienced a terrible service and therefore I will be selling my bbk to avoid being in contact with hispec when any parts should be replaced.

    Had these on my car, weighs 500kg. Thought they were blinding despite fitment issues and delayed waiting times, until a track day last month, now in the bin thanks to severe left to right braking imbalance and p1ss poor pedal feel. Replaced with much cheaper and surprisingly better k-sports.

    Been using their kit on my car for a few years and recently needed replacement discs - a simple request you would think, but not for HiSpec. They discontinued the disc for my car and rather than offer an alternative, I have to measure my current discs (which they supplied) and send them the measurements so they can manufacture a new set of bells. I filled out the form over a month ago as I expected them to use the measurements to match up to their old discs, but no, they will manufacture based solely on my measurements and If they don't then fit, it's my fault and a waste of time/money. One reason behind this is they said they did a lot of different kits, but when I bought mine there was only 3, and each was a different size (260mm, 285mm & 300mm) so could only have been 1 type as mine are 285mm. They sell a current kit for my car but apparently the brackets *might* be different. This is all for a brake kit which cost over £1000 and now can't simply get a set of replacement discs. Would not recommend. Update based on the response from the seller. Yes, I purchased a kit with a single piece disc and wanted to replace them with new one piece discs which you couldn't supply (even though you originally supplied them). I was told you don't do replacements anymore and would have to buy the new 2 piece rotor but they wouldn't fit on the existing brackets. I was speaking through the reseller who sold the original kit and they tried to contact you many times without success and I also tried contacting direct and had sporadic responses at best. At no point did you go over and above expectations. All I wanted was replacement discs which you couldn't supply unless I provided measurements. To make it clear, all the brake parts are HiSpec parts including the third party supplied rotor. At no point did I try to use anything else than HiSpec parts yet you still couldn't supply a disc/rotor which would fit.

    we run a set of 8 pot fronts an 6 on the rear of our Porsche 997 gt3 and have done for the last eight years this car is a circuit training vehicle and used hard daily ,the hi spec system works great on the gt3 and will easily out brake our other porches including cup cars .I also have my discs made by theses guys for out gt3 competition cars Motorsport paint Stoke on Trent
