   I go here to have my nails done because a friend recommended me this placs, the first time was with a lady with black and pink hair and she was gentle and nice and made my nails look really nice, after that i had my nail done by a guy who was really rough with my nails and constantly pressed down way to hard on my nails when using the electric file to remove the color from my last nails, he was not careful and when i showed him a picture of what I wanted he just did classic ombré rather than what I asked for, aswell as during the service i recently had a new tattoo which was still sore and healing he grabbed my arm with my tattoo and i pulled my arm away and asked him to not do it again, he did it anyway again, then when he was finishing my nails he was laughing and talking bad about me and the nails i wanted in chinese with the other people, then even worse, at the end when he was filing my nails before the final coat, he cut my finger with electrical file because he was looking at the other man sat next to him then i saw the other male worker cut an old ladies finger open with the electric file and then blame her for it, At that point i just wanted to leave. then just before i was about to pay and leave, i was putting my rings back on because i took them off so they wouldn’t get dirty, the worker put his hand out and asked for my rings as “payment” Absolutely disgusting.

   Every time I go in, the staff always make sure I’m happy before I pay. Just yesterday I got my nails done. I wanted short and that’s just what I got, the girl made them look incredibly natural and chose the most beautiful milky pink to suit! I am delighted with them. Every time I go in, there are repeat customers who know the staff by name. You know it’s a good place when this happens. I’ve read reviews regarding the staff speaking in their own language, I actually disagree. Yes, I have heard them speak in their own language but they do have plenty of conversations and have a laugh and joke with their clients in English. It is a sociable place and you are made to very welcome. The price is unbeatable for the nails they produce.

   Awful. Went here when couldn’t get in my usual nail place in widnes because it was just too busy. Just wanted some gel polish on my own nails. Electric file used to take off my old polish and maybe the girl wasn’t trained properly because it hurt and now my own nails are so weak, and have snapped so far down I’m in pain. She also moaned about having to do nails 6 days a week and made fun of me. Avoid

   i went to get my nails done recently and i have never experienced such horrific service. Overcharged me for a solid colour that one, wasn’t the colour i asked for,i asked for pink i got red when i told hai (the nail artist) this wasn’t what i wanted she scoffed at me rolled her eyes and told me i didnt specify but i said to her pre starting my nails i wanted pink and then i asked for her to re do them and she said they was closing now, 30 minutes before closing time and practically shoved me out and closed up. ABSOLUTELY disgraceful.

   First set of acrylics were brill done by one of the gents but went for an infill and one of the ladies was texting on her phone all the way through! The job wasn't great..snagged a nail while filing and nails unevenly filed...
