   What an amazing job done. They repaired my Range Rover to perfection and went above and beyond. Shane kept me up to date all the way through. My only feedback was that it took slightly longer than expected. I was originally told less than 2 weeks, but it took 3 weeks. The courtesy car was small, set in French language and set in KM/ph. They need to check for all that before giving the car to someone. It took ages getting back to normal.

   Suspicious and deciteful. Repair work to my car was incomplete and they attempted to return my car to me saying it was all done. Damage to my headlight was polished/buffered out despite a new headlight ordered, had i not noticed this they would have received my part and not fitted it. Furthermore, not only did they fail to replace both front tyres, they fitted only one nearly new tyre which was 3 months old, I mentioned it looked worn upon pickup and they said it was because the car was moved around. Upon closer inspection the date on the tyre wall was not the same that the insurance company gave me upon further investigation. After highlighting my concerns with the headlight the car was returned to the garage for the headlight to be fitted. However, I had to get the bus and train after dropping it off with my child. A courtesy lift would have helped after being inconvenienced by their misleading repair. The car is returned very clean, almost like new so make sure you check all work carried out as I do not trust this place at all. I don't like negative reviews but this one cost me, with my own spending for 2 new front tyres.

   Amazing service from Start to finish Steer were appointed on behalf of my insurers as an approved tesla garage for repairs to my car..the service and quality was amazing.. Great response times and always there to answer phone. Take the booking and provide updates on repairs.. the car came back as good as new and fully cleaned inside and out which is always nice..top repairer and highly recommended.

   Recently had my car booked in for repairs and I could not be happier with the results. From the manager to the estimator to the office staff who kept me updated, the staff here are amazing. When I handed my vehicle in, I was reassured that it was in good hands from the start, was given all details of my repairs on a weekly basis and was told when there was problems - an important detail as many workshops simply don't mention issues until they're costly. I rate these guys and their transparent approach to the work they carry out. Nothing is hidden, everything is communicated and I respect the honesty; especially in an industry with a reputation for quite the opposite.

   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They have had my car for almost 6 months now and have still not completed the works. Not only that they are also refusing to return the car despite the fact that they are unable to fix it. Poor communications and continual misrepresentations by their management on the date of completion of repairs. The most unprofessional company i have ever come across. Use an alternative approved repairer if you expect a professional and courteous experience.

   Fantastic work carried out on my Audi R8 to make the damage good on the front end. Litterally looks like it came from the showroom. They are difficult to get through to most days, but the quality of work made up for it!    Full of lies. And tried to blame me for it, appalling and dodgy manager. Take my advised just don't bothered as my issue been pointing out since December 2021 and now its 19th March 2022 over few months still not sorted that why I want everybody to know on here. My Mercedes E-Class was sent to this garage by Admiral, after got my car back and use my car during raining weather I found out that this car is have poorly bodywork done by Balgores Motors Romford specially where both rear sill both left and right side sills keep popping off after report to Balgores Motors Romford, I was told I have to go back to Admiral. I not signing anything off to say I'm happy with the work, only independent engineer come and have a first look which I found he’s pretty much useless not look in-depth to the work, now Balgores Motor Romford don't want to know anything and tell me to contact Admiral which I can clearly see they don't care after you got your car back. I contacted ombudsman which advised its should be cover under workmanship guarantee by the garage however the manager lying to Admiral and blame me by saying that I remove parts by myself. In which all video I send them was just pointed out that this part keep coming off also have upload full video on YouTube which you can clearly see that I have taken nothing out. I have counter numerous issue after got my car back. There is more listed right now I'm frustrated things doesn't get fix properly as it should.
