I am late 15 min and they rebooked my mot for aftertomor. I said we can cancel my wheel alignment and save a time. He said strong no ! I wish to this guys more tolerance. All rest done good, thanks.
I had a terrible morning with 2 vehicles having a green flag call out. I had to take 1 of my cars to Formula 1 as I have been there many times before (Dartford one), and when Charlie picked up the phone he was able to fit me in immediately to fit on a brand new tyre for me. I bought it online and he also mentioned that by doing so it would also be a cheaper price which is always great! I turned up 20 minutes later and he fitted the tyre for me instantly, I was driving away after 20 minutes. Great service!!

Excellent service, really polite and friendly staff, had two tyres fitted and took a free wheel alingment check, yes they found it to be out but no pressure to have work carried out what so ever even said go away and think about it,but had it corrected at a reasonable price. So all good and car drives smoother than before. Would recommend. Dartford Branch. 2018 Merc C class .
Slightly more expensive than co.pwtitors but is clean and airy. Not a million people queuing like others to save a few quid. Good quality open work space and is visible for customers. Toilet is nasty unless you do a stand up number 1. Had no hand-wash when I was there. Overall it's a good place I would say. Worth the travel as they treat you like humans unlike other garages that treat a lot like animals.
I have been booked for a mot for 3 weeks, when i turned up on the day they said they were fully booked
Went there for a puncture repair, first thing said was if it can be repaired, nail was in the tread not next to edge of the tyre, tried to tell me it was unrepairable, didn't even take the tyre off to check it, wanted to charge me for a new tyre, won't be going back there again I can tell ya, got the tyre fixed elsewhere, and there was no trying to con me for a new tyre there.
the ordering of my tyres was very quick and easy. They was having trouble with website the day before and when I rang the person I spoke to was very helpful and explained what had happened but I was fortunate enough to get onto website and arrange fitting etc. Well done I would recommend this company
Graham was very good to deal with. Very polite, patient and nothing was too much for him. Top quality service from start to finish. Will be recommending this garage in the future.
Thess guys are top notch. I had dodgy tyre fitted by a different company and upon driving home I was given instant 3 points on my licence for dangerous tyres umm.. WHAT.. . Luckily I agreed to take it to someone who clearly knows what that are doing.. Looks so much better, great gob guys you deserved them beers me coming in at 10to 5pm with thanks Laura
