“These guys are genuine, honest and would do anything to help if they can! I got completely screwed over by another MOT centre, I fixed the faults on the car and contacted Danny at DA MOT Centre. He was very helpful on the phone and in person once he had booked me in for a MOT. Both guys here were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain things to me, and I walked out with a passed MOT and confidence in my understanding of my car. Even though it is such a great service they managed to book me in at short notice and the price I paid… I was happy to give them more, but they said thank you but no thank you! Now if that is not loyalty to your customers then I do not know what is!! I can not rate this service enough. All I can say is I will not be using any other garage going forward! 10 / 5 stars guys! Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. “I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area .
