   Used this garage about 20 times over the last 20 years, on maybe half of these occasions there has been no issue, but there’s quite often something awry. Have been made to wait hours for tyre diagnostic / replacement (despite pre-booking), had over-running works meaning an unexpected extra day or two off the road and on this most recent occasion service & MOT carried out which also overran and was released late with lights not working which were ok when it was taken in. Customer communication isn’t great - you’ll have to chase up more often than being informed your vehicle is ready. I’ll be back again before long out of convenience & am due a good experience so let’s see…

   Easy to book online for 2 new tyres and 3 diagnostic checks. The choice of tyres is huge and the information provided against them all is really valuable - e.g. noise, fuel consumption, weather type etc. At the centre they did what they said they would and kept me up to date with things that they found for me to further consider. Overall a great experience and well priced too. Just what I needed.

   I attended my appointment today at keik fit Dartford they were very busy non stop phone ringing customers dropping keys off The staff were not stressed at all they took my keys asked me to take a seat as I was waiting the mechanic collected my keys and straight on to the job. Staff very friendly especially the manager Jason and engineer Lewis so professional .They honestly did not stop all the staff were busy busy. Also great air con in reception area . Thank you Kwik Fit one very satisfied customer

   Headed to Dartford KwikFit late Sunday Afternoon, after Stretham KwikFit had carried out a puncture repair earlier in the week. Which now had failed. On arrival, was greeted by a friendly team, who swiftly brought my car in to investigate why the tyre kept loosing pressure. They then removed the tyre to find an incorrectly fitted puncture patch carried out by another branch. They checked the stock, to see if they had the correct size tyres, as the tyre set are staggered, they were competent enough to check, they did have the exact same tyre in stock.. This was now changed. Wheels torqued and key handed back to us, all of a little 40minutes later. Excellent service. Other customers were also in there and listening to the knowledge and good customer service towards them was pleasing too. Thanks for putting the car right and fixing a basic issue that your Stretham branch clearly were too incompetent to rectify. Dartford KwikFit ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   The worst service ever. Lack of professionalism. My tyre cap was lost. Lots of pinky staff left on tyres. They broke my plastic cover of head lights and denied they did it. The manager was rude, abrupt , not friendly at all and not even apologizing.

   Very good visit today at Westgate Dartford, they got me back on the road safely in no time! very nice warm reception! I am very grateful that one of the technicians brought me a costa coffee while I was waiting who's name is Reece! this deserves a 5 star from myself! I will definitely be buying the round next time.    Really helpful and polite staff. They have a car parking and a waiting area.On my visit I had a new tyre fitted. Which turned out to have a defect, causing a very slow puncture. The faulty tyre was replaced foc and all was well. Have always used this particular Kwik Fit and will continue to do so. Reasonable prices.

   Great service called in today and got an appointment within the hour to get my tyre sorted. The manager Jordan was really polite and helpful he got my tyres sorted within minutes at minimal cost rest of the team were really quick and helpful. I will definitely go back again and would highly recommend
