   Recently had both my alloys fully refurbed. I have had them done before from various places but this was done to perfection here at Alloy Fix (Dartford). The whole process was easy enough. I had the luxury in leaving my alloys with them, as I use my car daily. Great Job!! Great Service!! Thank you!!

   I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I left one of my BMW 704M alloy wheels for refurbishment and made it very clear from the start that I wanted exactly the same colour as the original diamond cut finish. I also instructed them not to refit the tyre because I had a spare one ready. When I went to collect the wheel, I had to wait around 40 minutes before being served. Once I finally saw the wheel, I was shocked it had been painted in a completely different colour, nothing like the original finish. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Even though I gave clear instructions, I was told that if I wanted it repainted properly, I’d have to pay an additional £120. On top of that, the tyre had been fitted despite my request not to do so, and during that process the wheel was scratched. I showed the staff the damage straight away they simply dabbed a bit of paint over it and said it was “fixed”. For a service that cost me £190, this is completely unacceptable. I went home feeling extremely disappointed. Instead of receiving a perfectly refurbished wheel, I got one in the wrong colour, with scratches, and clear signs of careless work. Total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. On top of that, they forgot to give me my BMW wheel lock key and only called me when I was already on my way home, asking me to come back to pick it up, bmw m label missing. I really hope the shop will take responsibility and fix this issue properly by repainting the wheel in the correct original diamond-cut finish and repairing the scratched area at no extra cost. It’s disappointing to pay for quality work and receive the complete opposite.

   Let me start with why 1 star has been dropped . It has absolutely NOTHING to do with the workmanship or the finished refurbishment on my Four wheels on my CLA45 . The team at Alloy fix have done a top class job . The 1 star has been dropped because there must be a problem with the booking system as I booked my wheels in on Friday . I turn up on Monday and instead of a "Hi here's my keys I'll see you later " it was more " Who are you and what you doing here your wheels aren't booked in " Is this an end of the world thing not really but as a new customer I started judging my decision on using Alloy fix .. But as I have already said the finished job is absolutely 1st class and I would recommend everyone I know to use Alloy fix . Thank you again Team and will no doubt see you again in the future .

   Excellent in every respect. Friendly, helpful and informative Customer Service. We got a tour of the workshops before we committed to proceed with refurbishing 4 wheels for my Tesla Model 3 and re-powder coating them to a different colour. We also had rim protectors fitted to prevent any further kerb scuffs. The completed wheels look a million dollars and it's hard to believe they're not brand new! The whole car looks better now with its original 18 inch Aero wheels painted silver-grey metallic, as opposed to the original dark charcoal colour. Omar the owner could not have been more helpful and the whole job was fantastic value for money, just £480 for 4 refurbished wheels and 4 rim protectors! BRILLIANT JOB, EXCELLENT SERVICE, FANTASTIC VALUE!

   Great job by a dedicated team that take pride in the quality of their work. Took in my car with wheels badly corroded from car wash chemicals that had eaten into the metal. Wheels now look like new. Good communication throughout with an update as work was completed. Highly recommend.

   Highlights: professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Detailed: I heard about Alloy Fix from a local mechanic who wasn’t comfortable jacking my car up. He showed me Alloy Fix’s Instagram page, they’d worked on a Tesla before and I liked what I saw. I dropped them a message late night and got a response first thing in the morning. When you see how busy they are you’ll understand why I’m highlighting how quickly they responded with a detailed answer. Took the car in on a Saturday, as they said on the message they had the right equipment to lift safely. I asked about diamond cutting my alloys and Umar gave me the advice that in their experience this has caused owners issues when later dealing with Tesla. I appreciated the honesty from Alloy Fix, could have given me what I asked about and charged more, without needing to guide me, but instead we got to a cheaper option that will cause no issue and still looks amazing! They understood my personal circumstances and the car was ready in three days as promised. The guys here know what they’re doing and genuinely enjoy working with customers and their cars to design something different. Dartford is well located for a visit and I think they’re even shipping out alloys nationally.. No hesitation in recommending Alloy Fix. 5*
