Only reason this gets 5 stars is because of Abs and Carina. They both sorted my vehicle out, generated a quote and had it ready before 14:00. I would highly recommend this Halfords more than the others around. Really top tier service standards. Thank you once again to these two wonderful humans. 10/10 recommended
Excellent service at Halfords Autocentre Dartford today. I had an issue with the front indicator on my car. Not only did they squeeze me in to fix it, whilst I waited, they also noticed that a couple of my tyres looked a bit flat so pumped them up too. Great customer service. Highly recommend
Dropped my Missus's Honda Type S off for Brake Checks. The team were approachable and efficient. I wish i took their names. I will be booking my MOT here for my BMW and i'll be sure to ask for the staff's names because there isn't much places with friendly staff like here.

Sorry, not a fan here. Everyone will have different experiences! But ours!!.... Took car in to have a MOT and Service. A fault was found with the turbo to which they fixed and replaced with for a huge fee. After this the car developer fault upon fault and even after returning back to the garage three times. The fault then became too much for Halfords to fix and repair and now another garage is now fixing Halfords work for three times the amount this garage initially charged us. Could be coincidence? But as I said this is our experience. Obviously won't be returning in future.
Disgusting service. Had 3 new tyres fitted 2 of which went flat, it was 3 days before I noticed. Took it elsewhere, they had failed to check the valves which were leaking. Where I took it told me they automatically put new valves on every time they put a new tyre on. Will never ever use Halfords again and the manager has attitude problem
Went there for an MOT. It was a very smooth experience. And thanks to the Manager (I think Steve), I was added to a promotional event and received a discount. Very pleasant to deal with as well. Overall very good experience.. thanks
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! There are many well reputed garages around dartford who genuinely cares about you and your vehicle, take your car to them. I booked in a number of health checks at the Dartford branch via Halfords website. When I turned up for the appointment the staff wasnt really happy to delegate a staff to do the checks and told me to come back another day. Day before the second appointment date i received an email notifying my appointment is cancelled without providing any reason..
