   Steer Dartford deserve 10 stars. Apart from the very high quality workmanship evident following the repairs to my vehicle, the customer service from Paul and his team in the Dartford branch is exceptional. From front of house, the collection/ drop off team, technicians and parts manager each are very warm, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Having repairs after an accident is stressful and I can only say that Steer Dartford really helped to make this an enjoyable experience. Well done to all the team at Steer Dartford!

   I got hit by a bus in London, and heavily rely on a car being disabled. I acquired a courtesy vehicle from them the very next day. Steve on collections was very friendly and made my experience go comfortably. I did however receive my vehicle back with fresh scratches and scrapes over the vehicle. So the car had to be taken back, the Manager Paul called me and apologised about this and unsure at what point this damaged had happened while parked up at his garage. He got to work very quickly and turned it around within a couple of days. He even pointed out that my tow cap was missing and ordered the part very quickly. They came to my home to fit it. All in all even thought my car was damaged at Garage at some point the service was exceptional and I appreciate how busy they are and how quickly they helped me. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

   I was the victim of a car accident and was directed to Steer Dartford through their insurance. After speaking to an assesor to arrange for the parts ( new bumper, towing eye cover and rear diffuser) to be delivered prior to cars arrival, a date was set. They had my car for a week and a half and communication was very poor, i had to chase constantly and was informed the parts had not arrived yet, even though their website states that cars are not required until parts are in place. Upon picking up my car I noticed the rear bumper which was sprayed by Steer was a wrong shade to the rest of my car. I had 3 men "mansplain" to me about painting on a plastic bumper as apposed to the metal bodywork, and "It don't look that bad". I left with my car and called them to explain the issue and arranged another day to bring my car in for them to look at. I arrived and Rob and Paul (site manager I believe) started looking at my car Rob agreed that there was an issue but yet again I was "mansplained" by Paul about the bumper being at a different angle. I explicitly said I only wanted the bumper sprayed nothing else but he continued to be rude and talk over me completely ignoring my wishes. At one point when I asked for a calibration certificate for the Spectrophotometer, he said I was being aggressive, clearly this intimidated him because I knew more than him. He said constantly, "Dont worry, we will sort it" 2 days later having not heard anything i call for an update on what they intended to do. I was told that my car was being blended/sprayed into my quarter panel and boot which was directly against my wishes. I asked for a detailed list of the work being done but this has never been provided. I wanted my car back and would take it elsewhere however they had already started the work! My car was gone for another week. When they called me to pick my car up I stated I didn't want to speak to anyone there because of how they had previously spoke to me. Once my car was returned I noticed they did not disconnect my dashcam. I would very much like to share not only the first conversation with Paul but the dashcam footage with misogynistic and sexist language towards me with the CO at Head Office. I am disgusted and appalled with certain people at the branch who should not be allowed to behave like this towards women. Please contact me ASAP for the damning footage.

   I had a fantastic experience with Ronnie and the team at Steer Dartford. They collected my car promptly on 12/11/2024, completed the necessary repairs by 15/11/2024, and returned the vehicle in perfect condition on 18/11/2024. Throughout the entire process, Ronnie kept me informed with regular updates, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend Steer Dartford for anyone in need of vehicle repairs or services. Thank you again Ronnie!

   Great bodywork repair on my Smart done in 4 days, very happy. Special mention for Rob and Jackie who picked up/returned to my door with the courtesy car, plus all the staff that booked it in and kept me informed, what a nice bunch of people down there.Thanks too for the car wash much appreciated.

   My car was book for 26th on February for a repair a dent at the driver wheel arch at the back, the repair was good but when they brought me back my car I noticed they polished around the damage and didn't cover around so,they left a white stain with the polishing machine at the rear spoiler ( it has wrapping). I called them, they sent a guy to try to fix it but it didn't work out, I few days after I called them and spoke with Rob and they told me my car had that white stain in the spoiler and they can not do anything else. I'm sure if they knew since first my car has that stain won't send a guy to try to fix it

   I took my family car in to repair a dent on the passenger door. The customer service was exceptional. The staff that I spoke to on my visit were friendly and professional and explained what was required and how long it will take to repair. On dropping off the vehicle for repair, I was given a lift home by one of the staff members - a lovely lady (my apologies forgot her name!). All the ladies (and men) that I met at the reception were nice and very helpful. Seems to be a requirement for working there - good. The repair work was completed quickly and professionally within the advised time frame and good communication was maintained. Jackie and Alan delivered the car to my home and I was pleasantly surprised and happy that both the inside and outside of the car were all cleaned compared to what it was when I dropped it off for repair. I will unreservedly recommend STEER Dartford for their customer service and the quality of the work.

   I was nervous of using an insurance approved repair shop after a bad experience previously but from the moment I started dealing with Steer, they put my mind at ease. They were professional, quick to respond, accommodating (swapped my courtesy car for something more like my own for a long car journey) and carried out excellent repair work to my car with an immaculate paint job. Despite minor delays due to a headlight being out of stock, the car was returned just over 3 weeks later (including the Christmas period) like new and was even spotlessly clean inside and out. Vikki in the office was a pleasure to deal with every time I called and Jackie who delivered my courtesy car and returned my own car was excellent too. Customer service, professionalism and quality of work were all top tier and I would 100% recommend Steer and use them again myself in future. Thank you!

   My insurance asked then to sort my car out. The customer service was great from contact to pick up to drop off. Jackie came to pick my car up and brought a curtesy car. She was very friendly taking me through what I needed to know and very professional. I got a text a week later telling me my car was ready and Theo came back with it. Again very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. At each point in time I got phone calls and text messages keeping me informed. of what was happening. Great service will highly recommend them
