   I brought my car to KC garage after it had failed an MOT with a very suspicious reason at another garage and who had then quoted me £3.5k to fix the said fault, despite no previous concerns or warning lights appearing. Not only did KC garage fit me it at short notice, they run a diagnostics check on my car the same day, which found the same fault as the previous garage. They investigated it throughly and found that a cable under the bonnet of my car had conveniently been unplugged and loosely put back which was responsible for the fault on the diagnostics. They put the cable back in and the fault immediately disappeared. They re MOT’d my car and it came back perfect. Every one of their team members I dealt with showed decency, integrity and professionalism. The customer service I received was exceptional. They never took advantage of my situation when others may have and they went out of their way to go above and beyond to help me. They never once bad mouthed the other garage despite what I imagine we were all thinking. If you’re looking for a garage you can trust, then I recommend KC garage.

   Top class service. I went there on Saturday morning after dropping off my wife at Bluewater without any booking as I need quick car servicing, which I got after a few hours waiting (as they informed me). The price was very reasonable and gave my car a quick wash too. If I was very local, I would have gone to do other repairs as I needed some to my beloved old car. I absolutely recommend this one of the top garages.

   Really friendly garage, with brilliant clean and modern facilities, had some tyres fitted previously and discovered KC do class 4 MOTs. Dropped my van off and they immediatly got to work. Helpful advice, good price and a warm and comfy waiting room. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back, recomend!

   Went and had an oil change and filter and new wing mirror on the car total amount came to over 300 pounds which I can’t fault at all shame the actual service from staff was not as good. Forgot my invoice which I know was my fault asked them to post it to me still not received in the post then I actually went back to garage to collect the invoice a week later to which I was advised they were unable to locate and they would post. Once again still not received.
