   Attending our yearly MOT we chose to wait for our vehicle I felt ,after we left I should bring to any other persons that choose to wait for their vehicle , that we found that the ‘waiting area’ was truly uninviting , absolutely freezing (on a day like today!) and was cluttered and quite a dirty area … Maybe small improvements could be made ,to make the experience of waiting patiently for customers vehicles ,a little more accommodating

   Brilliant service, had low tyres pressure coming off from the motorway and had to stop, came here to ask for the pressure to be checked and they sorted all 4 of our tyres out which turned out to have no pressure in 10 minutes and free of charge. Would recommend this independent garage to anyone as the staff were extremely friendly and helped us immediately. Superb service.

   I recently needed some work done on my Audi, and I’ll admit I was initially skeptical about using an independent garage I hadn’t been to before, instead of going to an official Audi service center—which usually charges an arm and a leg. However, I’m very glad I decided to support my local garage. They went above and beyond in taking care of both my car and me. The mechanic took the time to answer all my questions, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Since then, I’ve brought both my car and my wife’s car here for MOTs, thanks to their excellent service and competitive prices. They’ve definitely earned me as a loyal customer and I highly recommend.

   I recently had some major work done on my 2005 Honda Civic at Orchard Garage, including the timing belt, water pump, rocker cover gasket and a crankshaft sensor replacement. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team were clear in explaining what needed doing, kept me informed when an additional part (the crankshaft sensor) was required, and carried out all the work promptly. The pricing was very fair. My car is now running smoothly again, and I feel confident knowing the important jobs have been taken care of properly. I really appreciate the honest communication and the efficient turnaround.    They are car garage but they went above and beyond helping with my motorcycle. It had a flat tyre - BP pump inflator was useless. I went up to them requesting for air pump. They helped with smile - top notch people. It is difficult to find people that genuinely help these days.

   Just wow! Genuine family service. We were en route to ferry at Dover with a long road trip to France ahead when a warning light came on (particulate filter). Not only did they take the phone call from us fearing the worst but they made room at short notice to see us as we were passing. In the end a diagnostic test revealed the filter had regenerated and the warning light reset itself. Their service and manner was just great. On this experience would whole heartedly recommend.
