   Very bad experience with Nirro Ltd. This has been the worst service I’ve dealt with. I am trying to run a business, and the staff are extremely unhelpful. There is clear miscommunication between staff members. I was promised a refund, but 7 days later I still have not received it. I called four times asking to speak to a manager, and every time I was told the manager was “not on site,” which is very hard to believe. When I went to collect my part, the person who normally handles transactions was not there. Even though I showed proof of payment and the receipt, I was made to wait 30 minutes while they checked their system to confirm everything on their side. They gave me the part with no box no bag so unprofessional not reliable The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I will never buy from this place again for my business and do not recommend them to anyone

   I spoke to Tyler who was very friendly and helpful. Before despatch I was contacted to confirm that I was happy with my purchase, particularly the part number. Delivery was efficient. I bought 4 alloys but the tyres were not really part of the sale, however they were 4 Michelins with a good amount of tread, and they were in perfect balance. I am very happy with the service.

   I had my wife's VW GOLF MK7 GTD Engine replaced at Nirro Ltd, as well as the Flywheel, DPF, Water Pump kit, 4 Glow Plugs and a few other extra minor repairs carried out a few weeks ago "October 2025". I had initially contacted Harry to book the car in for the replacement Engine, and after an in depth discussion regarding my requests we went ahead. Upon starting the repairs I was contacted by Ashley who kindly kept me updated with a progress report regarding the few other minor repairs required. So far since having the car back we are very satisfied with all of the work carried out by Nirro Ltd. Many thanks for all of your efforts at Nirro Ltd.

   I decided to book an engine replacement for my 2013 VW after reading positive reviews about this business even tho I live in Nottingham which is very far away from Ongar. I paid approximately £1,900 for parts and labour, as advised. On the day of collection (28th April), the vehicle broke down due to the left-side injectors coming loose, which caused significant movement and a loud tapping noise. The car had to be recovered from the M11 services by Nirro staff. Two weeks later, I noticed a leak around the same injectors and the same noise returned. Nirro agreed to collect the vehicle again for inspection and repair. I was also advised to replace injector no. 2 However, after just 200 miles, the same leak and knocking noise have reappeared around the same injectors. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the team to resolve this ongoing issue. This repair has already cost me considerable time and money over the past two and a half months, with no noticeable improvement to the vehicle. While the customer service staff on the phone have been friendly and helpful, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the work carried out so far. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved properly this time.

   Booked my car for DSG service and radar sensor recalibration. Did it within the time they said, waited on site. Professional, have all the necessary equipment and reasonably priced. 100% recommend for VW Audi group cars. Also bought an engine from Barking branch year ago which is still running sweet.

   Went to fix my audi. Done a good job. Only alternative to main dealer for audi around Essex area. They didn't had the reconditioned parts so paid quite a lot for the repair. Communication was ok too
