   Head Spa at ‘Glitter HQ’ - by @staceywillowstyling Today I had the pleasure of receiving a Head Spa which offers a relaxing and therapeutic experience focused on scalp health and hair revitalisation. This took place in the beautiful Glitter HQ salon which offers a calming atmosphere and helps provide the positive results you would expect from the Head Spa Experience. The treatment involved a combination of scalp analysis, massage, exfoliation, shampooing, and conditioning, I found the experience deeply relaxing and appreciate the detailed attention to scalp health. My initial feedback when I came out of my session was how it made me feel like I’d drifted off into another little world! I felt like I was floating … the music helped me relax, the scalp massage and exfoliation provided stimulation and the different products highlighted the senses! It resulted in what felt like an ASMR experience. The feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp, forehead and down the back of the neck. Stacey explained all the benefits of this treatment which include:- Scalp Analysis:
A preliminary analysis with a microscope or similar tool to assess scalp condition and identify areas of concern like dandruff, oil buildup, or irritation. Massage:
Specialised massage techniques targeting the head, neck, and shoulders to relieve tension and improve circulation. Exfoliation:
Gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and product buildup, promoting a healthier scalp environment. Cleansing:
Thorough shampooing and conditioning to cleanse and hydrate the hair and scalp. Steaming and Drying:
Optional steaming with essential oils and a blow dry to further enhance the treatment's effects.
