Lisa is the best. So accommodating and friendly. My first meeting felt like a catch up with an old friend. My nails are always perfect. Have had my lashes done and brows too here. Nothing like a good natter and a pamper.
I just came back from my appointment with Ellanna. I had a really great experience. She's super nice and makes you at ease. My nails were in a really bad condition but she managed to make them look good. She made sure that I was happy with the work she was doing, explaining every step to me, which is exceptional customer service. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Had my nails and eyebrows done there. Booked in for another session two weeks later as I going to a wedding. When I arrived the salon was closed (11.30am) the girl arrived at 11.40am I was told that because I’m session hadn’t been entered into the computer I could not have my appointment. Even though I had been given a card with the time and date on…totally incompetent and unprofessional. As a new customer who was prepared to have regular treatments they obviously have no idea or regard of any customer care. I was left having to find another salon at very short notice. Appalling!!! I certainly would not recommend this salon.
Sorry my first rating was an error on my phone whilst scrolling through salons I am so sorry. Just to be clear.never used your services and there was no issue at all. Response was kind and were very quick to resolve if was an issue I will definitely recommend
When I visted the first time the Beautyful salon and training. I thought that I would have very beautiful nails coming out of their salon. Mainly because of their reviews online, so I wanted to give it a try. However, after the lady that was doing my nails spend 3 hours on them and me correcting her because literally my nails looked like they were done by a toddler, I could do it better at home by myself. I mean their customer service is great, but there should be always someone experiennced looking after their staff, if they are doing it correctly. Also, in the first 3 days my nails were ruined.
A beautiful salon woth talented and educated therapists who know their stuff and go the extra mile for you. Fab treatments, I highly recommend!
