Needed eye lashes at the last minute, fitted me in, nothing was too much trouble,lovely young lady did excellent lashes for me, asked lot's of questions to make sure that she knew which kind of lashes I wanted and that would suit me, as I was going on holiday the following day, So pleasant and polite.
The owner is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Girlfriend was refused the use of the salon over being exempt from wearing a mask. Shown exemption card and still refused. If you buy off Groupon be prepared to be treated like scum.
I would 1000% recommend susana and her amazing training academy !! I’ve done courses with susana for waxing, tinting, Individual lashes, blow drys and now I’ve just finished my acrylic nail course ! I am over the moon with how confident I feel not even a week after sitting my nail course. I’ve had so many amazing compliments over my work and it’s all down to susana !! Would highly recommend x
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the staff. I had a Groupon voucher for £ 25 which included a one color. I clarified what I wanted and asked if it was possible to have ombre of course, I got the same color with which I was a bit different the owner told me that it would be a bit more expensive.A final result of a voucher for £ 25+ £ 50 = £75. I do not recommend!
It’s a shame I can’t rate them 0 stars .. I attempted coming here for semi-permanent lashes which I saw could be booked through groupon - I called the salon directly as I am 8 months pregnant which I very clearly stated over the phone and wanted to make sure they could fulfill the appointment before booking through the deal they had on Groupon. They asked for me to come in and do a skin test but as I live in Warrington they told me I could just sign a disclaimer on the day - all fine. I turned up to the salon - which looks tacky and unhygienic anyway - looking forward to a bit of pampering for the three of them to stand looking at me in the corner whispering. Finally one woman came over - “do you think you might be pregnant?” ... I am very clearly heavily pregnant which I told her I had stated over the phone - hence me ringing to book. They then said she’d be unable to fulfill the appointment due to me not having done a skin test, despite us having an entire conversation about it earlier in the week. The three of them then stood bickering over who’d booked the appointment instead of making up for their error. I had absolutely no apology, having travelled from Warrington at 8 months pregnant with no car, it is the very least you’d expect. I was actually near ripped off getting a refund as I had paid £20 over the phone and she accused me of only having paid £19! I had to physically show her proof on my mobile banking that I’d paid £20! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour - 100% would not recommend.
I have been going here for a few years now after using a groupon offer. The staff are very friendly and one of the owners, Suzanna, who does my colour cut and blow dry is excellent. She understands how I want my hair and I have never come away unhappy. Sandra H. X
Absolutely appalled, got my nails done here the other week(acrylics) and they were all different shapes and sizes, some too thick and too thin, looked like I had them on for 2 weeks due to them not making the acrylic close to my cuticle, got home and realised under the light that the gel lamp hadn't set the gel varnish and they had all bubbled, I rang the salon the next day due to closing times and we made an appointment to re-do my nails which, of course I was happy with. So, we made an appointment for the week after as I don't live in the area and they were limited to appointments. Due to a family problem I could not make this appointment so I called and explained. They then advised me that they won't do anything for me apart from an infill, and of course I wasn't happy because those nails needed to come off, they were not up to anyone's standards. I thought they might of had a bit more decency in them, I have photographic evidence of them being an absolute mess and all they could do for me was an in fill? They got ripped off within a week. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I would not recommend either, both different shapes and thickness. I would not recommend this shop and am never going again. A 10 year old can do better!
