Miss Bryony Hemmingway was my solicitor, I gave her all the details of my case. I was absolutely positive about her beeing my representative in court. Apparently the day before hearing She send me message on whatsapp 22.38pm :saying that her colleague will represent me tommorow on the hearing. The Lady came next day to court 3mins before hearing, briefly looked through my files saying: thats fine.Than during the case was asking questions which was just proving her not knowing the case, she didn't see video of me being arrested or any other files ever before.There was the proof of my innocence on video footage from police camera and I had a witness but no one gave me a chance to bring him to court.I've been advised to use Taylor Hoffman through Legal Aid.I think thats why my case was neglected and nothing been done to proof my innocence. They just have to phisically be there to represent You but I guess they are getting paid for it..its sad. Makes You feel like youre nothing without money. Also Lady MANJIT THANDI who was representing me said to me: You can claim me as much as You want!!!..but I honestly dont even want to. Just do Your job equally as we all humans and deserves true and fair service. I will also mention messages never replied and absolutely no chance to see them face to face.
