I had direct contact with her, and she was quick to respond to my phone, email, and in-person inquiries. She is a lovely person who is easy to understand and to work with. I was able to obtain my further leave to remain residence permit in less than a month thanks to her services, and I highly recommend her services and the firm to anyone going through immigration applications.
