Communication was generally good, with responses coming back fairly swiftly, and from their side the sale went through without any issues. They handled all the paperwork, raised the right questions, and did everything expected of them. My only frustration was that I had to step in at times to act as a go-between with the buyer’s solicitor in order to keep things moving forward.
