LCF did a good job with the sale and purchase of a new home. Special mention to Victoria, Anam and Christine who supported us till the end. If there is some constructive feedback I could give is that your company has an app for the customers to refer to to check how the long bureaucratic process is going, just like in other places. This way there are less emails and calls, together with more meetings in person with first time buyers specially.

Yet another incompetent solicitor firm expecting a payment of £1500 for a basic house purchase from family and then quoting 16 weeks for completion? Absolutely disgusting. What do your staff do? Work 30 minutes a day? Sit around talking all day? You clearly need to work increasing your efficiencies as 16 weeks is absuley laughable
