   Unfortunately, an absolute disgrace of a company, covering up the NHS like you would never believe, different solicitors every few weeks dealing with my case, some of them completely clueless, absolutely disgusting service. Instructing ‘experts’ who just agree with the NHS and how they failed me as a human being, solicitors agreeing with everything other people say and not even fighting my corner, over something that I would never wish anyone else to go through. Terrible.

   The industrial disease team inherited my case when my original solicitor ceased to trade. From that point on progress was very quick with regular updates and everything explained in layman's terms. Every stage was explained and all my questions were answered promptly however silly. The advice given at each stage was explained with pros and cons to allow an informed decision to be made. I have been very happy with the full service received from Simpson Millar and would highly recommend them for anybody with a related case. The issue, now successfully resolved, was very involved with multiple defendants and was liaised between all parties very thoroughly.    Over the last year, I have been dealing with Simpson Millar with some family law proceedings. Most of my communication has been through Senior Paralegal, Saskia Coles. At one of the hearings I was represented by Sean who was very good! Prior to the hearing he discussed the case with me and made sure he had all the facts correct. After the hearing he debriefed me. I think his service was fantastic! At the second hearing I was represented by Lydia again, she was amazing! Very professional and has lots of knowledge. Throughout the whole case, I was supported and represented by Saskia who is fabulous! Saskia has lots of knowledge in family law and is honest and upfront with her clients.    AVOID! We were drawn in to using Simpson Millar for our conveyancing by good reviews, but there is clearly something going on there recently as their service has completely fallen apart. Impossible to get a response to emails and nobody picks up the phone. Have tried contacting managers to escalate things but they also ignore you. A quick look on their Facebook tells me that others are currently experiencing the exact same thing.
