   I recently had a really disappointing experience with this solicitor firm. From the start, communication was a major issue. I often had to chase for updates, and when I did get through, the explanations were unclear and filled with legal jargon that was hard to understand. What was most frustrating was the lack of attention to detail. There were several errors in the documents they prepared, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. It felt like my case wasn't a priority, and I didn't receive the level of care and diligence I expected. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this firm if you're looking for a smooth and professional legal service. The poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and general disorganization made the entire process much more difficult than it needed to be.
