I just had my MOT done by K S Autos, the team are professional and efficient and cheaper than others in the local area. Ranj is honest and helpful, I asked him some questions about my cars A/C being smelly and they suggested a spray that cost £5 (AND FIXED IT) as opposed to another garage that suggested a £200 service to fix it. Great experience and I will be back!
Took my car to get front bushes changed, car was kept for over a week and half when I called they told me they changed the front wishbone and they didn't even consult me tell me the price or that it needed doing, it was just done. I turned up to a £600 bill and took the car back 2 weeks later as the problem was still there, they said they've sorted it but I'm still having the same issue and the car has not been the same since- took it to a Trident in Uxbridge they did a free diagnostics and told me the anti roll bar is what needed changing which is a £250 job - I don't normally write reviews but the service was appalling having work done to my car without telling me, I had to keep calling to chase them to find out what was going on with my car, my car was given back dirty as anything, the beige carpets had black marks from where the mechanic sat in it and the car pulls to the side which it didn't do before, terrible
My friends and I have been getting our cars serviced by Ranj for a number of years and each time we have received the best service and customer experience. He always makes sure we are told exactly what parts / replacement is needed, never had any surprises on the invoice. Ranj is also very friendly, he once kindly agreed to pick up and deliver my friend's car for service for no additional charge. Highly recommend KS auto!
