   I took a pair of adidas tracksuit bottoms in to be altered & taken in. It was, id of thought, quite an awkward job as the trousers obviously had three stripes down the outside and they had to start and finish in the exact same place. After a few days the lady text me to say they were done. I picked them up and could not be more happy with the excellant job she had done. You would never know they had been altered they were done that good. The lady was kind, polite and a pleasure to do business with. With the cost being so good i will definately be giving her more of my business when i need it. Thankyou for a job very very well done. L Jackson.

   100% wouldn’t recommend STYLE BEAUTY ELLESMERE PORT NOT EVEN WORTH A 1 STAR!! A FEW REASONS WHY!!! Shop has a strong unpleasant smell Floors were VERY dirty I felt very uncomfortable having my white wedding dress on and moving around the shop and this should have been a sign to not choose here BUT I did and what a mistake this was!!! I was told several times that my alterations would be completed and be ready for my mum to collect in 2 weeks this was over 4 weeks ago my mum LUCKILY popped in to the shop due to not hearing anything to be told by another lady working in the shop SHE HAS GONE ON HOLIDAY UNTIL THE 4th September and my dress is still in the exact spot we left it in nothing has been done to it not even been touched!! Due to me travelling to my wedding I had to collect dress on the 5th!! Am speechless how could someone be so cruel am lucky I found out with 3 weeks notice could have been the night before!!! SO NO I WILL 110% not recommend style beauty for alterations!!!

   Extremely rude staff member, she broke the dress zipper and then tried to charge to fix it, refused to take any accountability and said it was already broken.. which it wasn’t as it had been tried on multiple times prior to going in the shop. Do not reccomend
