WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I took my car in for an MOT unaware that these guys them take it to their friend in Hampton call Hampton MOT and Tyres and add on an extra £15. So I got a call a couple of hours after a dropped the car off to Tyre Zone to say that my car would not start? I walked down to Tyre Zone who advised that the car was somewhere else. They drove me to their mate and my car was displaying an ignition fault. Up until I handed my car over to these cowboys my 7 year old BMW with 47000 on the clock was running perfectly fine. I then moved the car to BMW had it investigated and it turns out a new engine is required. Without any actual proof I can’t say what these people had done to my car, one theory from more than one mechanic is over revving for prolonged period during the MOT. Either way they have cost me my car. Their response to this was they are not interested and it has nothing to do with them and are not willing to accept any liability. They even accused me of trying to con them?! My advise is to give these cowboys a very wide berth including Hampton MOT and Tyres.
Just had a puncture repaired here. Fantastic service, very friendly and professional and excellent prices too. Have driven past their sight for years but never visited. So glad to have done so now.
Refreshingly Good Local service. I had my MOT and service carried out by Tyrezone, they were polite, efficient, professional and reasonably priced, also I had to put a rush on them as I needed car back suddenly - they were super helpful and kept me in touch with how soon I could collect, this is a place where nothing is a problem and is run by good humans. Definitely where we will always go now for anything car related.
The main mechanic here listened carefully and offered advice. He was conscious of cost and checked with me before doing the work. Ordered and fitted a new tyre and two new brake pads on the front, no more squealing brakes. Steering also improved. Very happy with the service here despite my initial concerns. Bonus that it is an independent business.
I am so thrilled with the service I received from Tyre Zone. I go here for my new tyres regularly and had my MOT and service done today. The gentleman kept me updated during the day. I went to pick my car up this evening and he has so kindly knocked out the dent in the back of my car out for me free of charge! I am so happy. Great service and reasonably priced!
