   I have been coming here for years to get my nails done. Very acomidating, and take great pride in what they do. Had my nails done yesterday after not having them done by themselves since or nearly 9months as I was due to have my baby within days. They do a fabulous job, and the lady that did my nails yesterday took great pride in getting my French tips immaculate. Thankyou

   I came into the salon today with my mum and sister to get our holiday nails done. I asked for acrylics and white shellac toes. The service was awful and left me leaving the salon in tears. My toes have been cut and bleeding, and as a beautician myself I’m really unimpressed with the quality of my shellac. My toes look like they were rushed and are not up to professional standard. As for my acrylics I asked for almond shaped medium length and came out with sharp pointy acrylics. As for my mum and my sister they also said that the staff were really unprofessional and rude. I’m really upset with the outcome of my appointment today.

   Would not recommend here if you want your nails to last. Although mine did look good at first after a week I lost 4 nails. Not glued on properly and the small diamonds lasted around 2 days. For my 1st time getting my nails done I am really disappointed in my experience and I would not come here again.

   No Words to describe the lack of professionalism in this place. I used to be a regular customer in Nail Studio Chester and was treated with no respect or consideration in my last visit. They showed that they don’t know how to deal with clients! In my last visit, I initially asked for a nail shape and the lady did it in a way that I didn’t like. I kept on asking her to change it because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing and the result was not being good! All through she was giving me faces, complaining and making comments to the other people working there in a language that I am not able to understand which was extremely rude and disrespectful. At some point she said well you keep on changing your mind so I can’t do your nails. So I said fine you can get me someone else to do it and she said no because we are too busy. All the others refused to do the nails and I had to leave with them half done. All the staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. I strongly advise you not to go! Definitely the worse nail salon in Chester! This is how they treat someone that has been going there regularly in the las 3 years!

   I have been coming here for over 15 years and would never go anywere else . They always do my nails perfectly an have lots of compliments. I have very short natural nails an they can be challenging at times but I'm never disappointed.

   I visited with my daughter. It was expensive at £89 to have spent a while looking over the colour I wanted . To then have the staff not understand the request. She got her colleagues to help. She then lost the selected colour card and attempted to paint my nails using the wrong colour. She could not retrieve the colour card from which I chose so had to choose another colour . She spoke on the mobile across the entire session. I did not get the glitter paint as requested instead she sprinkled glitter dust.. not what I asked for and i had to pay more for this.. A day later the nail polish chipped and my nail had rough edges. Very dissapointed by the Care and quality of service . Would not recommend
