I felt extremely at ease from start to finish, she explained thoroughly what was happening with continuous reassurance, and a kind and caring nature. The aftercare advice given was explained in careful detail, and any questions i needed to ask I didn’t feel rushed. She was very professional, pleasant, informative and knowledgeable, Alessia explained what she was going to do: the mapping and then hybrid tinting. At first, my brows looked so alien to me ( never had them done before!! ), but on day 2 I am used to them and lots of my friends commented that they are great and give a nice frame to my face. I would definitely recommend her - great location in Hoole, worth for the money and great friendly service :)”

“I’ve been to Zen for several different treatments, including eyebrows, lashes, nails, facials and massages and can honestly say the quality of the treatments is second to none. I always get fantastic results and have a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Steph is so good at everything she does as well as being so warm and personable. “Cannot recommend Mode of Chester enough! So glad I booked myself and mum in ahead of my brother's wedding. Yas was great, and her attention to detail was second to none. Both her and Rachael were determined to make sure our hair would last the full day - mission complete!! After giving me a curly blow dry, they noticed a couple of sections that could do with a bit more hold so went above and beyond by going over everywhere with tongs. Safe to say, my hair stayed pristine, and even looked nice the morning after. My mum also had a blow dry, and not only did she get the most voluminous style, but was also given tips on how to put on her fascinator, and make her hair look thicker on the daily. It's a shame we're not local to the area, or we'd be back all the time! Thank you so much for a fab experience (and do).”

I go to get a waxing, and the chilled out atmosphere makes walking into a nail bar / Beauty Hub really comfortable. “I came to the shop today and asked for gel toes. The shop was super busy but they did try their best to do my gel toes. I love it so much. The cat eyes colour on my toes is so perfect for my holiday. Already booked to get my nails done with biab extensions and cat eyes again. Love it so much. All the staffs are so nice and helpful. “Been coming here for 10 years! Nails don't fall off and they take less than one hour to back fill. I don't have a lot of time. £15 for a back fill isn't bad. Only nuisance if they are busy, which they usually are, you may have to wait.. other than that wouldn't go anywhere else”
