Went for the first time today for holiday nails. Showed the young lady a picture and she did the exact design I shown her. I am never 100% satisfied when I get my nails done but this time I am, she nailed it. Will definitely be back.
Have been there twice, first time there was no issues and was satisfied with service. This time I have left very upset and cancelled my next appointment. As my appointment stated I was only having shellac nails done, I did not think I had to clarify this and I was not asked to confirm what I was having done. My nails were since cut very short assuming I was having acrylics done which was not the case. I therefore just had to go with a neutral colour to try and minimise how bad they now look.
Binh has done my nails done today and he is done an amazing job. I find all the staff who works at this salon to be very kind and welcoming , nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile. Thank you again for your fantastic work and your good eye Binh see you soon .
If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. Avoid! It took over half hour just trying to get them to understand what i wanted. I dont like acrylic nails I just wanted my nails painted naturally! Just normal nail colour on my normal nails. After having me sat there waiting for an hour, She then told me my nails would look UGLY and I should choose shellac. I didn't want shellac I just wanted my flipping nails painted how i asked. But they refused to do it she said no they will look ugly in 2 days! So i left stressed and tearful. Absolutely fuming the rudest nail shop I've ever been to
Always so amazed at the quality and skill when I have my nails done. The nails last, don't fall off, or break. I usually have full set of acrylic nails and whenever I bring an inspiration picture, it's always smashed out of the park

First time coming to this nail salon after hearing so highly of their service and I can honestly same I will be back! They had great friendly service, interacted with their customers and we were instantly. Was very indecisive on my nail designs and they were glad to accommodate. Ended up with an amazing design. Would 100% recommend.
I have tried quite a few nail salons in Chester, but no where compares to the attention of detail and care JK nails puts into! I came in with some expectations as they look amazing on their Instagram page. I am so happy to say that they have gone above and beyond!! I love my first set of acrylic extension infills with gel design! I showed the lovely lady a sloth design, hoping it would somewhat be alright. I have so happy to say they turned out better than the reference photo! I came back again today for infills again with two friends. They left with such bright smiles and I left with another sloth again! I’m so glad that I found you guys! Thank you so much !! :)
