   Went in to receive an acrylic red set, in which I had said I would be more than happy to do another design I liked if they couldn’t do the idea provided, this was ignored. They refused to do my nails longer and mid way through the service I had to ask the technician to stop filing my nails due to pain and cuts that had happened whilst filing, where the mechanical file had slipped several times and hit my nail bed and further down my fingers. I left almost in tears due to the pain caused and went back in to ask for a partial refund in which they offered me a full refund, which was quite nice of them. However, I would not recommend here due to the aggressiveness of the service and refusal to provide what is asked.

   My third time getting BIAB here. Each service has been excellent. The staff are happy to copy nail design inspo pics and if you need anything amended they are happy to change it for you if you ask. The store is cash only, so make sure you stop by the cash machine near the cross before you go. The service is well priced- as a student (bring your ID card) I had a set of BIAB nails taken off and a fresh set for

   My friends and I booked last minute, all 4 of us got some kind of pattern and we were in a rush. They were amazing, all 4 of us are incredibly happy with the quality of the nails and the pace they did them. Definitely recommend anyone coming to get their nails done in Chester :)

   Been here many times and previously had been good. Today it was a new lady who was very aggressive and quick with what she was doing . She didn’t take her time at all, everything was not done properly and was rushed. Not sure as to why the quality of work has declined so much.

   Worst nail shop ever. Technicians were incredibly rude and disrespectful whilst doing my and my friend’s nails. They were stop doing our nails many times in order to start someone else plus every time that i was asking to correct their job as the result wasn’t close to what you expect, they were obviously blind (see attached pics). At the end, I asked for a reduced price as my nails where unclean, sharp with bubbles as well. That point was the best of all as they didn’t care at all. Totally unprofessionals and definitely i Wouldn’t recommended to anyone!

   Booked for me and my 3 friends and we were disappointed to say the least. They only had three people working, leaving my friend waiting for over half an hour. They stopped doing my nails half way through to start someone else’s. Our nails were filed down till they were paper thin. Our acrylics are extremely thick and sharp to touch, and the extensions are already coming away from our real nails after only one hour. They also tapped my friend’s nail to see if it was dry and left very obvious marks in the nail polish. My hand was also lightly slapped to ‘relax’ my hand, even though they were pressing down on injured thumb which I pre warned them about. Although friendly at the start, when it came to paying we were almost refused student discount, with a touch of sass, because our student cards didn’t have the ‘term start date’ on them. We would not recommend to a friend. 3/10 :(.
