   DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in to get my nails done. I showed them a simple Christmas set and they said they could do it. Whilst I was waiting, this weird man came in to the salon and he was spitting and stank of weed and they didn’t make him leave when he was disturbing the customers. A woman told me to come up and she started doing my design and the nails were all very wonky and not straight, the French tips were uneven and bulky, the lines were thick and bulky and absolutely nothing like my design. There wasn’t even a French tip in my design. I asked her to take them fully off so she started doing them and then they switched over so someone else. She cut my cuticles 4 times where they bled. They stung like mad when she soaked them off. She used a DOG bowl to soak off my nails and the liquid was freezing!! I’ve left now and still have acrylic left on my nails! She didn’t soak them off properly. My nails are all cut flaky and rough. There’s all dead skin and dried acrylic left on my nails. So unbelievably mad!! I came to this salon a while ago and they were completely fine. I don’t know what’s changed. (The nails in the photo below aren’t done by this salon)

   I've never tried here before but won't be returning. The man that did my nails was very rude and was not gentle. He kept trying to pull my arm and was extremely rough and hard when buffing my nails etc. I also asked for a little diamante on my middle fingers to which he replied "yes" and then never did. He also never even asked me what shape I wanted, what length or if I was happy with them. My nails are not even and have bumps in them. They charged me 25 GBP, which i wish I never paid as they weren't what I asked for in the first place. I would not recommend

   This use to be my regular nails salon but I stopped going as the staff is massively rude and manhandled me . The guy was pulling my arm and throwing my hand to the side instead of telling me to switch it . I started going to nail cellar but because they were extremely busy I’ve decided to give Hello nails another chance . I massively regret it . The guy was rude , unhelpful and again was manhandled. I showed him my design and explained what I wanted . He clearly didn’t understand what I said to him at the end when I asked him to do something he was telling me that I was wrong and I told him different thing . Clearly there was language barrier but not on my part. I just told him not to worry and left . I would much rather wait for hours in nail cellar than go back to that place again . I think they should start looking into customer service training as the reviews are shocking !

   Been going here for years!! It’s amazing. The lady I had today is spectacular! Ive totally forgotten her name, she was very attentive. Constantly made sure i was happy with everything and has done such a brilliant job of my nails. Here’s to many more nail appointments at hello nails.

   Not very pleased, went to get my nails done yesterday. The lady who did my nails was quite rude, didn’t even bother to ask during the process if I was happy. Instead asked in the end post applying colour if I’m happy with everything, which doesn’t really leave a choice I suppose . She didn’t prep the nails properly for builder gel priced at £30 basic one colour. Hence I got a manicure as well £13, very basic didn’t even use hand cream in the end. Also, as seen in the picture nails aren’t shaped and set properly as well. Never visiting again. All together spent £43 for these nails.

   Had my nails done here and they are the best acrylics I have ever had done, all other acrylics I have had have always felt a bit "tight " on my fingers but these ones never have.

   My first visit to the new Hello Nail salon and only by chance walking past that a young lady came out and offered me a card, well why not try it out as my nails were a mess, I normally go to the other Nail Bar but am so pleased with the final set that i will definitely be going back. The young lady and i apologise as i did not ask her name, was very professional, she made sure she spoke to me and was very polite in conversation. Her work was fast and she paid attention to detail making sure that each step of the way that i was happy with what she had done. The young lady was very good with her attention to detail and on the whole really lovely. All the ladies out there should give Hello Nails a try as her prices are so good the salon is fresh and very clean and mostly it is a young one trying to make her dream grow. I will go back again as was made welcome and the final finish was just what i asked for. Thank you so much, I wish you every success and will see you soon for a back fill.
