This is one of the best soft plays we have been to as a family. Such lovely playing areas as well as a garden! We spent the whole session here and the kids loved it. Catered to both my 4 year old and 1 year old. Staff were friendly and welcoming. All areas were very clean and staff were regularly cleaning tables and emptying bins. Great coffee too!

Very clean, welcoming atmosphere. My little toddlers loved our visit, they were very fond of the ball pit. Very good value for money and decent coffee available the adults.

Absolutely brilliant well worth the money, very clean and tidy, the toilets were sparkling clean, loads of fun for all ages and the little cafe offers hot drinks, cold drinks ice cream and snacks, free WiFi and the staff were all friendly amd helpful.

We stopped off here before visiting family in the area and had so much fun! Our toddler loved the climbing and sliding. They have the tallest slide I’ve ever seen at a soft play centre. Just a note on safety, I was unsure of age/height restrictions for this slide as I didn’t see any signs. It would have been helpful to have this and to have some safety tips because it was crazily tall. Our toddler (aged 2) was desperate to go on it so we let him, but in hindsight I’m not sure if we should have done. They also have a cafe and seating area and the toilet facilities were spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go again.

Really impressed with this soft play. Lots to do and as it wasn't very busy when we visited it felt really spacious. It was very clean. There is a cafe serving drinks and snacks. The coffee was really good. The main slide was very quick so watch out.

Pre booking is required to take your child to play. Children love this place. They can play for 90 minutes a session on all the equipment, which they thoroughly enjoy. Hot and cold beverages available on sale for parents to drink while the wait.

We absolutely love it here! A great soft play for parents whose children would like them to play with them. Grown-ups can stand up in most places and easily crawl through other spaces. The big slide is excellent!

Having recently moved to the area, I decided to take my son to the soft play. He is non verbal autistic and every time I have been, the staff have been so supportive and accommodating. My son likes to explore and often walks behind the counter but the team are so friendly and kind and make him laugh. He loves coming and that’s thanks in large to the great staff you have working there. Thank you for being such an amazing team!!!

Overall it’s a good place, my main criticism is the lack of policing in the toddlers area. Maximum height signs are in place however without staff policing, it’s often full of bigger kids who sometimes play rougher than the little ones. Staff resources should be allocated to ensure this is a safe place for toddlers without having to rely on responsible parents to self police their older kids.
