Was late for my appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Bristy and Hallie were understanding and booked me in for a later slot which I was grateful for. Bristy did my eyelashes fantastic as usual and they always last. The eyelash glue they use isamazing as it doesn't irritate my eyes as previous eyelash techs I have attended.I highly recommend!
Bristy did my lash extensions again and she did such an amazing job. Definately my favourite set so far they look so full and it didn’t hurt at all. The service was lovely had great conversation so the appointment didn’t feel long at all. It looks exactly like the inspo picture if not better!
I have eyelash extensions done with Anna and I wouldn’t go anywhere else as the service she provides is outstanding. Anna is very professional in what she does and treats me with kindness, respect, is friendly and is very attentive. Also other treatments I’ve had are waxing and threading eyebrows, lips, facial and every time is fabulous. I’m very happy with the results each time. Thank you Anna for the fantastic work you do. First time at Lilly’s and was made to feel so welcome here by everyone. I’ve only had my nails done professionally once so was unsure what to ask for and Chloe talked me through the appointment and made me feel at ease. These nails are stunning and there was so much attention to the small details. So glad I came here and will be coming back again soon.
Had Ely looked nice but few lashes were falling off at the end and stuck to my skin that I had to pull off. Few were glued onto my eyelid not lash line so looked out of place. When she pulled off the tape it was so painful and didn’t really clean my skin before starting like other techs. People who leave 5* get 10% on next visit which I was trusting before coming here:(

Stacey was absolutely amazing with nails! She explained each step and gave me great advice for my nails as it was my first manicure. Would recommend Lillys highly.
