Had a booking for this evening, arrived at the building and was told that they had been forced to shut due to an incident in the kitchen and won’t be open until later on and not serving food. Wasn’t told about our reservation being cancelled, would have appreciated a text/email/phone call to let us know as it is a busy Friday night in Manchester centre, we was very lucky to be allowed to walk in to another restaurant but had to wait for a table to be seated. The girl at the place was very polite and apologetic but there is clearly very poor communication to customers and I will not be booking to eat/drink here again.

The drinks were cheap and strong and the environment was quite nice but we had a few bad experiences with staff while we were in there. First of all had a bouncer commented on my outfit- saying ‘what we doing about the dress code this is getting a bit ridiculous’ and pointed at me, when what I was wearing met all the dress code standards ( when I went In loads of people were just wearing joggers) . then they wouldn’t let my friend come in unless I came back out and went in with her- despite having a ticket and an id. We were told we had to pay to put our jackets away but when we went in lots of men still had their jackets ( later on in the night they refused to give one of them back). The DJ openly said on the Mike that he supported Tory lane who had been convicted of GBH against a woman. (He lit SHOT her). and when we told him this he just said ‘ she’s a nobody’.

**venue have deleted my review twice now despite it being entirely factual…none of our group have received a response to their emails or facebook messages and the staff are now bumping up their review score by leaving false 5 star reviews** 2 months ago, I got in touch to book for a group of 15 to watch a specific NFL game. Being let down by the first bar we booked and knowing full well the game was likely to be shown on Gamepass rather than Sky, I explicitly asked Dive to confirm they could show the game. After speaking with her GM, Ana confirmed they could as a member of staff has access to Gamepass and we went ahead with the booking. 5 hours before kick off, I get an email from Ana advising my booking has been cancelled as the game isn’t televised and haven’t been able to get in touch since. One of our group had already travelled in to Manchester and went down to the bar, only to be told that they were not going to show the game, end of. The group of 15 attending today are doing so from all over the UK. This is our first meet since before Covid…all 15 left with nowhere to watch the game and wasted travel costs in a time when money is tight for all. Hands down the worst “service” I’ve received if you can even call it that. Would recommend avoiding this place for any important events.

Booked online which was really easy to do. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they sat us down straight away. The staff were amazing and served our food within no time. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very polite. The portion size was very good but was very bland. There was also very limited choice on the menu.

Not usually one to leave negative reviews for businesses and I loathe to do so at presant with the current financial crunch but this poor excuse for a bar accepted a booking for an event several months ago only to cancel at the last minute. Many people traveled considerable distances to watch the Steelers V Ravens game as a group last Sunday. Management had taken the booking and assured the organiser that they would be able to facilitate this. Ultimately at the last minute they said they couldn't show the game as it wasn't being aired on UK TV despite this fact being queried at the time of booking. Many people were left out of pocket and unable to watch the game as they'd traveled away from home. Some had even arranged overnight stays which couldn't be cancelled due to the lack of notice. Mangement has so far ignored any engagement with the organiser's legitimate complaints which would likely be solved with a polite and contrite apology. They instead have choosen to focus on having negative reviews removed for 3 different reviewing platforms. A classless move from an establishment that has revealed itself to be lacking any class over the last few days. Do yourself a favor and don't bother booking this place they'll likely cancel on you at the last minute and leave you high and dry. No doubt they will try to have this review removed also!

There's 10 of them waiting on 15 tables so they must be bored and tips hungry because they keep pestering for orders. The woman serving us almost rolled her eyes when we said nothing else was needed. I guess the level of attitude is directly proportional to the length of your fake nails, which are probably not NVQ food hygiene compliant anyways. They were all standing about and someone gave the manager(owner?) a cocktail to try and he made disgusted face.. yes mate I was drinking the exact same one, yes it was disgusting and yes this is what you're serving at an inflated price.

Advertised as a sports bar, the screens have terrible image quality and the sound is on about a 2 second delay which makes watching any sport a deeply unpleasant experience. We ordered a round of drinks before our football match started. Around 20 minutes into the game we went to the bar and ordered a round directly as our first order was nowhere to be seen. We had finished those drinks by half time and when we asked where our first round is, they said we had cancelled them which we hadn't. We then had to re-order, which turned up about 20 minutes after that and was wrong. Staff argued with us that they had the order correct, rather than try and fix the issue. When they came to bill us, that bill was incorrect also. On top of that the lines were definitely not clean. Clueless staff and a poor place to watch sports.

It’s technically an outdoor restaurant, heaters don’t work and the canopy to close the area incase of wind don’t close, you order and wait for your drinks to come from the other bar inside the property and I ordered a 200g ribeye steak which I’m sure was not the grammms, even given me extra god knows what in my fries!! Over all crowd is good but the venue would need to work on the mood.

Restaurant located in the city center. The place is fully warm in winter even the restaurant is a terrace. The menu that they have is simple but effective. They have a bunch of hamburgers and so side dishes. What I like the most is the presentation of the dishes, it was wonderful. The only drawbacks I find are the waiting time until we got our food and the price. Even though, it's a bit pricey the food is wonderful and it's worth for enjoying a wonderful time with friends or family. Be aware that tables should be booked in advance.

Worst food I've ever had in Manchester. And the service was terrible. Half way through our order the waiter left to go seat some other guests, he then didn't come back to us until he'd taken drinks orders from 3 other tables. I paid half price for January and even at that price I wouldn't eat here again. Let alone full price. Oh and of course we had 2 atmosphere options: inside where the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think or outside where there's guaranteed to be a table of lads shouting constantly at the top of their voices. Avoid.
