   Over the years I’ve used Mercedes dealers in different countries and it’s mostly the same - guaranteed high costs and often mediocre service. I found Finch through a MB owners forum, and am now a dedicated loyal customer. Martin and team know Mercedes very well, and can diagnose and fix most things, using OEM parts. Finch provides extremely good service, guiding you through every part of the work needed. I initially bought my newly purchased 17 year old ML to Finch to avoid MB dealer costs for such an old car, but have been so pleased with the work done that I’ve bought my S500 coupe to Martin too. I would highly recommend these guys - great technical service and great customer service. My new “go to” Mercedes garage - even though I live on the other side of London. Very pleased to have found them.

   A very professional workshop. Marcin and his team of mechanics handled my car flawlessly. The shock absorbers and control arms were replaced, the engine and transmission were updated, and the oil in the 9G-Tronic was changed. Everything was explained to me in detail—what would be done and why. Excellent service, great quality, and complete professionalism. Huge thanks to the entire team. Highly recommended!

   I been using them service for last 2-3 years, Marcin team never disappoint me. They been doing almost everything on my S-class, from oil change to Adblue system repair, transmission service and adaptation, suspensions… Very friendly and professional team. Marcin always gives me a free advice about what and how to do on my car. They never looked to put extra jobs on the car if is not necessary- very honest people.    As always, I have found Finch Motors Mercedes Benz Specialist in West London, and their work on my car timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. I won't go anywhere else. Martin has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. He's taken care of my vehicles since I moved to the UK for 15 years. I moved about 80 miles from London but still will only use him, I trust their service, professional expertise, personable service and honesty that I won't leave my vehicle with anyone else. Not once have we had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of me and explain the on-going process and future costs. He's very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, he's just a prince of a gentleman, as is his staff, and I always have a good time talking with him! Working with him has given me a lot of peace of mind and has been a very enjoyable experience over the years. I recommend Martin's Auto to anyone.
