   Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff are unprofessional and show zero customer care. After deciding not to book any further appointments, I was refused a refund of my money — which is nothing short of dishonest. To make matters worse, they completely ignore emails and don’t bother to respond at all. This place is a scam in the way they treat customers, and I strongly warn anyone against wasting their time and money here.

   Wanted to collur my hair, got a professional advice we ran a test on a bunch of hair. The product did not workout, so we cancelled a procedure and I just got a haircut. Didn't get charged, avoided a mistake that would cost me few month of discomfort and met lovely people, like Chris, who runs the salon. My highest recommendation!

   I normally do not enjoy going to the hairdressers as it just makes me feel awkward and self conscious but I’ve now discovered Metamorphaus. The vibe in this place is amazing, Chris and his team make you feel so welcome. The chats are legendary (not to mention completely hilarious) and you’ll leave with the most amazing hair you ever had. I always wanted a hairdresser that I could say ‘Just do whatever you think, you know my style and I trust you,’ and now I have Chris. I’m a total convert. Don’t be surprised if you make friends with the other customers too, this place draws in like minded folks. The sinks are actually comfortable so getting shampooed doesn’t make my neck hurt. Plus the decor is fabulous; even going for a wee is a treat as the bathroom is beautiful and filled with the sound of birdsong. Try Metamorphaus, you will not regret it (if you do, you’re weird and don’t deserve it.)

   Well, how do I say outstanding, perfection and vision? From the moment I walked in Chris knew exactly what he needed to do to my over bleached (I thought it looked ok!) dated hair, he colour matched my Strawberry Blonde which is no mean feat and added this into my colour so I didn’t loose my blonde ambition. I had a cut and blow dry, I don’t know what magic he creates but my colour was outstanding, my blow dry was the softest and bounciest I’ve had for years and I literally left feeling like a super model! He is the absolute king of knowing what you need before you’ve even thought about it and I will never, ever, go anywhere else again!

   Love Metamorph Haus and love Jenny! She has been cutting my hair for a year now and never lets me down. Jenny is knowledgeable, and will talk you through whats best for your hair and how to style it yourself. She is always warm and welcoming and will listen to what you want so you walk out feeling amazing!

   Chris the owner is a very friendly and interesting guy and a great hairdresser and I always get my hair cut by him when I visit Liverpool..in fact for my last cut a few days ago I came to Liverpool specially for my appointment. All his staff are welcoming and Metamorph Haus has great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

   The salon experience is unbeatable, best in my opinion quite relaxing & friendly. My hair colourist is Jenny she did take my hair from brown to bronde balayage so blended and seamless in the summer & in autumn she did this amazing copper that compliments my skin tone & my hair is in a great condition. Jenny you’re the best

   I just had a restyle done where I cut and had a lovely curly finish done with Jennifer from Metamorph. I don’t usually cut my hair at a hairdresser’s due to trust issues but Jen was amazing! Treated my hair like it was hers and truly took care of it! Highly recommend ! Xx

   I have been trusting Chris with my hair since 2014 and when I learnt that he was offering a tattoo removal service, I didn’t hesitate to enquire. I am a breast cancer survivor and have a small tattoo on my sternum as a marker from radiotherapy treatment. Chris saw me through the process of losing and regrowing my hair, treating me with the utmost compassion and sensitivity. Of course I would trust him with tattoo removal…it was a no brainer. I am several treatments through this process and I saw results from the first treatment. Not the most comfortable process, but Chris explains the procedure, what to expect, etc. He makes it comfortable. If you need to get a tattoo removed, I highly recommend Chris for his attention to detail, sensitivity, and his desire to ensure you are happy with the results.
