   Made a booking using “Booksy” and when I arrived i was turned away because the hair stylist was already ‘behind’ and had 2 customers. Very disappointed as I had to commute all the way to the salon and cancel plans to make it only to be sent away. Definitely not coming back. I don’t recommend booking at this place as it is not reliable!

   Worst service ever! I booked an appointment for a haircut with 15 minutes duration and I received just 3 minutes, were really bad because I didn’t received any attention for my concern considering that Hannah was with another client in the same time. It doesn’t worth it, I wasted my time.

   I booked via Booksy for an appt on a Thursday evening at 6pm and I got an confirmation email. I turned up and the shutters were down on the place and it wasn't open!! I waited for about 15 minutes and still there was no sign of opening. I tried calling the place for it to only go to voicemail. I dont know anything about the service they provide but all I can say is to be very careful booking with this place as they may not even be open at the confirmed appointment time. They didnt even ring or email me to cancel the appointment so I was left just waiting there. I will not be returning due to the unreliability.

   Rang up to book an appointment at this Salon as I had a ball on the Saturday night and they told me the prices and that I was booked in. I arrived for my appointment on the Saturday (3 hours before my ball) and they told me they did not have my booking and did not have anytime to fit me in as she was closing up - despite the salon being open until 7pm according to the website!! The woman was very unhelpful and just kept repeating that they did not have my booking and there was nothing she could do. Very stressful as I was relying on this appointment for my ball! Will never return here!
