Our Fabia was booked for its first service. Brendan and the team were friendly and helpful and kept us well informed about the booking, the process and the service results. They also collected and returned the car to us, cleaned inside and out. The whole service was seamless and I would definitely recommend.

Appalling customer service and communications regarding a repair booked in after a breakdown on the motorway. Key issues included: * Fulfilling the worst expectations of a dealership more focused on making money than retaining customer loyalty or provision of basic courtesy/customer service. Staff not welcoming or particularly helpful in person or on the phone. * Persuaded to take up an βinvestigatoryβ product to explore and confirm AA diagnosis which had price quoted with no indication that VAT would be added. This exploration then ignored the correction to the notes provided both online and on drop-off, and wasted significant time checking issues that were irrelevant to the fault described. * Communication updates that were promised never materialised and they had to be chased repeatedly for updates only to find information provided by us had been ignored. * Indication that work would be completed three days from drop off (Thursday from the Tuesday) appeared flawed when online system stated that some parts would be unavailable until the Friday. * Car finally finished over a week later with no courtesy call or communication to advise or update at any stage. * Costs have spiralled through poor communication and clarity on pricing structure and information provided. Overall I am hugely disappointed by my experience with Allams, and certainly will not be recommending them in any way. After a significant breakdown, I had put my faith in a dealership being able to provide reliable and fairly priced, trustworthy treatment. I have been left at the end of the process feeling utterly rinsed for cash, as well as time.

Brought my vehicle to get serviced in march, very disappointed as came to pick up with damage on the vehicle. Walked back in to tell the service advisor, he took a picture and spoke to his manager. Manager turned around and said because it wasnβt caught on CCTV they are not taking responsibility for it. Very poor customer service. Stay well clear of this dealer as they have no interest in the customer

So far, very disappointed with Allams of Epsom "customer service". Sales person ignoring my emails when I queried finance charges on a new car (following change of order). Also advised I was an unhappy customer etc. even explaining that incredibly I had buyers remorse despite not receiving a car yet! Ignored my email when I asked for a refund of my deposit as unhappy with how things were going. Eventually (after being coerced by someone I suspect) I received an email from sales person asking if he could ring the next day. I agreed. No phone call received unsurprisingly. I don't appreciate my money being held while simultaneously being ignored. Ironically I chose Allams of Epsom due to what I thought would be great customer service (it's important to me). Allams of Epsom is approximately 70 miles from where I live. My nearest Skoda dealer is in Harlow, a bit north of London, just 10 minutes from where I work. Totally lost confidence in Allams of Epsom and Skoda as a brand if this is how they can treat customers. *Edit. I don't want to deal with salesman 'P' anymore. Please have someone else contact me instead. I'll update this as it continues...

Service personnel went out of their way to service my car whilst I waited for which I was very grateful & would have happily given 5 stars. My mistake was to agree to have the car washed as well. If Allams ever placed a car on their forecourt for sale in the same state as mine was returned to me as "washed" I doubt they would ever sell any. It looked better unwashed.

I just had a servicing and MOT. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding the date of booking. The issue was quickly resolved with a positive and sincere attitude. Allams gave me the feeling that they really do care about and respect their customers. I would be happy to be a return customer.
