   I requested a quote for a multi media interface to be fitted to my Audi A1, I emailed the unit that I wanted installed so they had the full details. Stephen emailed me back with a price which I was happy with. A few weeks later, I called to arrange the fitting, again I spoke to Steven and we arranged for the car to be dropped off, he asked me to forward the last email which had all the details again, which I did. The email had the link to the unit I had ordered as well as the price he quoted etc. I dropped the car off this afternoon as arranged. I spoke to another mechanic and he said that he thought it was for a new stereo rather than an interface unit but said he would get it done. An hour later I was called by Steven to say that they would not be able to do the work as could not guarantee the work and not something they would be able to do. This was a surprise to me as all the details had been sent across so he knew exactly what I required. After picking up my car, I noticed that the screen was blank (the radio was still working but the display was blank). I went straight back and showed Steven who said that they had not done any work... Must just be a coincidence.. OK..... My suggestion would be to read your emails and see what the customer is asking and wants done rather than waste their time arranging appointments when you are not able to do the work. Very disappointing experience.

   I contacted them for a quote to repair my leather drivers seat, prior to sale. In addition to providing the quote they advised me to have the car valued before the work was done to find if the repair was worthwhile. It turned out that the company buying the car doesn't even inspect the interior so the advice saved me some hundreds of pounds!

   Highly recommended. Took my car in after speaking to Stephen to change my car stereo. Very easy to book an appointment, he was very polite, helpful and did an amazing job. The price was really good, way better than Halfords, Stephen also helped me out by telling me where I could wait and get a drink. This helped me as I was able to get some work done. The job was done in less than 50mins and I was left with a music system that doesn't constantly cut out when I go over bumps and now the radio channels work too and I have bluetooth handsfree. Thank you very much.

   A fantastic garage which care greatly about the work they do. I found my experience with Car Magic to be hassle free and I felt in very capable hands after my no-fault accident. They did all they could and fought with the insurer to save my car from being a total loss (an old car which on paper has no value in the insurers eyes).
