I booked a last minute facial with Beth and it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing, Beth was lovely and my skin looked the best it’s ever looked afterwards. Will be booking in for a monthly treatment. The salon is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t do more to make you feel relaxed and looked after. Would recommend to everyone.
From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the most lovely friendly staff . They take the time to get to know you and make you feel relaxed and more importantly make you feel important. Had a few hard months and they are always there for a chat and support. I didn’t actually have my appointment and have not been treated here. I’m giving the salon one star for their communication practices. I made an appointment for classic lashes. The consultation form noted the need for a patch test. I expected to be contacted about the patch test PRIOR to my appointment. Instead, I was called on the day of my appointment and asked if I’ve had one. As I did not, I was offered an appointment when I’m already away on holiday. The salon may provide good quality services (which I can’t comment on) but surely, if you know this is someone’s first visit to the salon, you would contact them at least a week prior asking for them to come in for a patch test. Sending someone a wordy document with no knowledge as to whether the person is neurodiverse is a poor business practice.
Yesterday I had the most amazing experience at Noubalm. I have been for my first facial treatment at Noubalm by Sara. I can't describe with words how beautiful and incredible it was. Absolutely incredible, from the moment you come into the salon you can feel how beautiful the energy is, it's so peaceful, relaxing and loving. Gorgeous and lovely staff who welcome you with open arms and their beautiful smiles, making you feel so welcome, peaceful and relaxed. It's so beautiful, and the facial treatment I had with Sara was out of this world! Left me feeling so tranquil. Sara is such a beautiful, caring and loving soul and the work that she does is with pure love and care. She created a space were I felt so peaceful and relaxed, enjoying every second then after the treatment my skin was so soft and felt amazing. I felt so peaceful and refreshed. Afterwards I could chill with a fantastic Noubalm heavenly healing cup of tea. Can't wait for my next appointment, thank you so much Sara for a beautiful and incredible treatment. I'm highly recommending anyone who’s looking for a little slice of heaven to come and visit Noubalm and try their incredible services and products that they offer.
I have had such a lovely treatment today here at Noubalm by Lynne. The salon is so lovely and calming and relaxing and the treatments are amazing. Lynne was wonderful. I had a facial with a back neck and shoulder massage added on and all I can say is fantastic! At the end of the treatment she left me with a lovely cold glass of water and a lemon shot and when I went back out to reception she had made a cup of tea with the teabag to compliment my treatment. This place really is special, it is the little touches that make it so very different from many other places. The customer service is also fantastic. I would highly recommend Noubalm and will be returning for more treatments. Oops nearly forgot to mention the products smell amazing and can be bought for home use.

Just got home from my first visit to Noubalm and had to write a review. I had the much needed Top to Toe (massage, facial and scalp treatment) with Georgia and it was the most relaxing, de-stressing time I have had in years. I have been to Noubalm for years now for treatments: it is wonderful. Today I had a deluxe facial with some reiki and reflexology. From start to finish, your wellbeing is at the heart of their ethos. There genuinely isn’t anywhere like noubalm; it is a piece of serenity and calm on the Wirral that gives me a fulfilling escape from the fast pace of the world. I walked in as a pretty tired out teacher and in Sara’s words, left as a “glowing goddess”. Thank you!
Visited today for manicure pedicure and a tan as always it was a lovely couple of hours spent relaxing in preparation for my cousins wedding tomorrow. Mia and the girls always welcome you with a smile and are so good at what they do . I will visit again soon. Thanks Mia xx
