This review is long overdue, but I've finally got around to it. My hair was coloured extremely poorly by one of the ladies. I could see lots of grey hair once my hair was washed and being dried. When I pointed it out, I was told I could rebook a hair colour free of charge. This proved impossible. Anytime I rang to rebook, I was told there was nothing available. In the end I have up and the salon lost a customer. I suggest that when you mess up a treatment, offer the customer and discount there and then.
