So a few weeks ago i went with my cousins to get filler at flawless cosmetics there. However I noticed on their instagram people putting complaints about botched filler and then the comments promptly getting deleted which is already a red flag. However when my cousin goes to sign the Client Declaration in person it literally says "I am unable to discuss or publish negative results of my proceedure - doing so will result in court proceedings" - are you joking? You cannot stop/ threaten someone for posting truthful reviews if their result ia negative. Huge red flag. Would avoid. Here is a photo of the contract she didn't end up signing because red flag.

Lovely girls that cant do enough to please their customers. I would recommend to anyone.
We had planned to go to Oh Darlin’ during a hen do where 17 of us were getting make up (some with a hair package as well). This was obviously a huge amount of money for the salon. All of which was paid beforehand, there was no money paid on the day which is unusual for a make up booking. One of the hens got COVID four days before the booking and mailed the salon immediately. She had paid the amount in full and the salon refused to jeep the deposit and refund the rest of the amount. They also used drugstore brands rather than higher end make up which shocked me due to the price of make up (£45) meaning that the make up didnt last well at all. Overall disappointing customer service dyring a pandemic when unexpected things like this can happen.
No PPE being worn by majority of staff. Noticed there was treatments on that shouldn’t have been due to lock down (aesthetics) the atmosphere was completely awful. There was people talking about others in plain view of everyone, within ear shot. Considering the owners rave about this place all the time I had high expectations - I was sorely disappointed for sure! Oh and don’t be thinking you are getting any sort of “Beverly hills” treatment coz let’s face it, the sh*t show of a “salon” (I use that word loosely) is in the middle of BOOTLE!!! I would highly recommend you avoid UNLESS your an impressionable 15 year old girl who wants to learn how to cake your face in thick orange make up that is not going to match your skin tone then be my guest!
Originally booked for hair and make up, put a deposit down but they cancelled the make up appointment but didnt refund the deposit. When we arrived the lad there asked if we were booked in for Make up too, so clearly they were still doing make up. The lady who done my hair was lovely and very professional, wearing PPE and listened to how mw and my friend wanted our hair. The other hairdresser there who done my other friends hair wasnt wearing PPE, too busy telling eveyone his life story and checking his phone to care what my friend wanted doing to her hair, he left one with half curls and frizz, and my other friends hair, 20 minutes after having it done it was bone straight. We did contact the company directly, they dont seem interested. Also, they were doing aesthetics, which they shouldn't have been doing.
