   I had my hair cut with Jess yesterday, really pleased, thanks Jess! Jess is a L3 Apprentice at HA, which means she is putting all her training into practice on clients now. Jess took the time to talk to me about what I wanted; I had the full end to end experience for £10.00 - how cool is that and fab job into the bargain! What really impressed me was HA's attention to detail; Jordan checked Jess's cut, gave her great feedback, boosting her confidence and gave her some great hints and tips to perfect the perfect bob! Kate also input and as a team these guys really give a great customer experience and work with their juniors to pass on great techniques! Well done team....Jeanette x
