   Massive thanks to both Switalski's Solicitors in Wakefield (Alison Clifton’s team) and the team at Richard Kendall’s Wakefield branch (Joanne and Donna leading the way). From getting the offer accepted in February to completing in March – the whole thing took just 6 weeks! Both teams were brilliant – super efficient and always happy to help. Even if my main contact wasn’t available, someone else was always able to step in and answer questions. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re buying or selling – seriously, you won’t go wrong with these two teams.
