Breakfast with santa has now become a christmas eve tradition for us at the chestnut tree. It gets us all in the christmas spirit and sets us up for our day. The staff are all amazing, enthusiastic and the elf outfits are brilliant. Very well organised despite how busy it is and lovely food. We will be returning next year :)
Been a few times now foods always lovely and the wacky warehouse always clean , went for breakfast with Santa and we adults and the children loved it! Massive well done to the staff super interactive with the children and the adults to !
Biscuit making with Mrs Claus was lovely. Staff really friendly. Kids had a blast!
My daughter had her birthday party here today and had a brilliant time thanks to the lovely team. Really good value for money, especially when you compare it to other local soft play party prices. The team made sure it was a stress free experience as everyone was catered for and looked after. I could focus on enjoying my daughter's special day. Would definitely book again.
Just love this place. Perfect place to chill out and know that your child is safe. The staff are great and nothing is ever too much trouble. My child has challenging needs but I find it great knowing they are there to help and on hand to assist if I need it. Just love the coffee and cake offer. You can also have some fab food with childs menu too.Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Got to say a little disappointed. Just come back from here with my 2 grandkids. We had gone so we could eat and the kids could eat and play. On arrival, Kitchen was closed and only one supervising staff. There were balls from the pit all over the place. A couple of the kids were fully aware they could get away with things too, my eldest grandson came out of the play area and told us a little kid was causing trouble and when he told him to behave the response was a middle finger gesture, so my grandson spent the rest of the time sitting with us and watching the telly. First time I have seen it this bad, wish I had took them to McDonalds instead.
Plenty of parking and fast getting app orders. Friendly staff and they keep everything clean and tidy. Well spaced out between tables
When the the wacky yesterday afternoon with my 2 kids. They really enjoyed it. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was lovely. Would come back again
We visited for the first time today my three year old loved painting in tots club, staff are friendly, clean play area and great food for the price. Will definitely be visiting again!
