Where can I start, these guys went above and beyond in every way. Called to check if a roof rack for my van was in stock and they were very clear and helpful. Offered to fit at an extra cost and had availability the following day. So popped by and it was like watching Formula 1 pit stop but on a roof rack. Amazing service and Price! Some of the best customer service I have received to date. I called up to discuss my project and what I needed my roof rack for. I told them the rack I was looking at and they were very helpful and thorough with making sure I had all the correct information available to aid with the installation. They even told me to put off ordering until I was sure I had everything absolutely right. They sent me various follow up emails after the order with helpful information regarding the tools I needed specifically for the job I was doing. As I was essentially modifying the installation process that they usually recommend. The roof rack arrived the very next day which was a bonus. It was well packaged and had zero defects. The roof rack seems to be of great quality and only time will tell how well these things hold up and how resistant they’re to rust. The rack has been fitted and looks incredible on my van conversion. This is good old fashioned service as it should be! They kindly waited after hours on a Friday evening so my courier could collect my new roof rack as I desperately needed it for the weekend.
