   It was an astonishing experience. I was told by another garage that the whole front lights assembly has to be replaced (road light could not be positioned correctly). I bought the unit and asked Bajram to replace the old unit with the one I had purchased. This involved quite a bit of work (taking the bumper + other parts away first). He did so, looked inside and said - “there is nothing wrong with the lights assembly you have, the angle can be easily adjusted. You can send back the assembly unit you bought”. Bajram has spent 40 minutes - after arriving to my place - put everything back, adjusted the road light angle to perfection and - refused to be paid. “The job of replacing the unit was unnecessary, there is no reason to charge you”. It is so wonderful to meet a professional with such dignity and style! It was clear that he knew every part intimately. He worked thoroughly with care and elegance. I certainly know whom to contact in the future. Thank you so very much!
