Yesterday was my pass out parade for the British Army and it is all thanks to Verite fitness that I successfully completed the 14 weeks of intensive physical and mental training. Through a combination of personal training sessions with Sean who I would highly recommend as a personal trainer and group personal training classes, they 100% prepared me physically and mentally for the challenges that were faced. I would have struggled to achieve my goals without the expert help, constant support and encouragement given to me by those at Verite, they have completely transformed me from someone that did little to no exercise into one of the fittest lads in my troop. Denise and I have been going to this gym for 3 years. Whilst they work you very hard, we both have been bitten by the bug now and our level of fitness has improved so much and we have dropped a dress size by just going to the gym twice a week, also really toned up They have three fabulous personal fitness trainers, who make training fun and very physical. The gym is very private and has everything you need. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Excellent personal training programmes. Great staff, clean and modern place & equipment. I'm a 4 times a week client since they opened. I've never got addicted like some people, but these guys really do ease the pain. Still going 4 years later. They must be doing something right!!
