My 4 year old daughter was due to have her hair cut at First Impressions today, my partner and daughter were welcomed by a very rude lady, who made my little girl feel very uncomfortable. The lady said ‘she’s not brushed her hair in a long time’ which is an absolute disgrace and not true. It was 16:45 p.m on a Friday afternoon, the lady clearly couldn’t be bothered to cut my daughters hair because it was long curly and thick which we advised when we booked to make the salon aware. Please avoid at all costs, we have never had such an issue at any other salon before. Would give 0 stars if allowed.

I came to First Impressions after having had a few bad experiences at Toni & Guy… Gemma took the time to understand what I wanted and did a brilliant job with my cut and colour. I won’t be going anywhere else now!
I discovered this hairdressers after a disaster elsewhere. They sorted my disaster and I will never go anywhere else. The standard of hairdressing is fantastic and the girls are amazing!!
