   Absolutely smashing service provided by the staff working on 20/02/25. As it was our first visit, we were given a tour of the game before playing, which really helped. Staff on hand to help throughout our time there. Definitely recommend it to other carers/ families.

   Our lad had a great time with his mates as they celebrated his 12th birthday. The lads were run ragged as we watched them charging about on the monitor as we enjoyed our drinks. The staff are absolutely great - Really friendly and super engaged - Made sure we got a picture of the lads with their lazer guns which was a nice momento. The highlight for me was the Outrun 2 machine in the waiting area, proper blast from the past and took me back to my own chidhood. All in, I thoroughly recomend Lock and Load because in addition to all of the above, it's a fraction of the price of other places and the welcome is warm and genuine.

   13th birthday party for the lad with friends, second time we've booked here now and can't recommend enough. All had great fun, staff were brilliant and really helpful. Will definitely be coming back again 5/5

   Kids loved the NERF game, no complaints on that part. However, I saw a member of staff repeatedly eat from a bowl of chips prepared for my child's party. I asked a different staff member to discard that bowl and start a fresh. She just tipped them back in the fryer. When asked, she said she removed the top layer (she didn't, as people had seen what she was doing). Also paid £1.50 for some sweetie cones, which they didn't have, so they exchanged them for bags (that's fine), but there was 30p's worth of sweets in (I know this because my friend does some for events). I expect them to want to make money on them, but not £1.20. When challenged about this, they did fill them up and didn't charge us for them, which I appreciated. I suggest retraining on food hygiene might be worth it.

   My son had a zombie laser tag party for his 12th birthday and it was amazing everyone loved it, such an adrenaline rush and full of laughter and fun and the food afterwards was delicious! Definitely recommend! And the staff couldn't of done enough to make our time there amazing

   Great for kids! My little boy attended a party on 07/09/19 and loved every minute. The available game modes vary from 6 years with Nerf guns through to adults and laser guns. He is only 6 and they played the Nerf game mode and we watched everything on the TV whilst in the cafe area. They also serve hot food and drink. Really good day all in all!

   My grandson had his birthday party here, great for play but the food was rubbish. My daughter noticed when going to the counter that they had bought pizzas at a £1 because she could see the price on the box's which were cut in to 4,there where 11 children so 3 pizzas and a few chips I worked out about £4 and yet it was £6 a head just for food. What a rip off. I would take him again but to play only
