   ⛔️⛔️⛔️I paid £500 to have a brand-new wing (purchased from Ford) resprayed and the front bumper realigned. The job was completely botched.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The wing was painted the wrong color, and shockingly, a screw was driven through it into the bumper to hold it in place—ruining a brand-new part. As for the bumper alignment, it was left exactly the same as when he picked the car off—no improvement at all.⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ It took him over four weeks to do this minimal and incorrect work, with zero communication the entire time. The initial price was £650 for what he called a “proper job.” I asked for a discount, and he quoted me £450—but I ended up paying £500 in the end. After all that, the job was poorly done. When I questioned him about the ruined wing and the completely wrong color, his response was, “you get for what you pay for,” as if that justified the damage and low quality.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ Unfortunately, the first experience wasn’t any better. On my Mini, after a bumper alignment and respray job, I discovered the wiring under the bonnet was completely messed up. I had to spend hours fixing it myself. He also charged me £100 for the bumper alignment, which changed nothing—the same gap between the bonnet and bumper remained.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ ❗️❗️❗️When I raised these issues, all I got were excuses and complaints about the hours he supposedly put in.❗️❗️❗️ I regret trusting him with my cars. Poor workmanship, no accountability, no communication, and zero professionalism. If I could give less than one star, I would. ‼️‼️Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.‼️‼️

   Richard Gilead a man of many skills when it come to car body repairs. Sadly he rarely answers phone calls immediately & barely reads his texts, but once a day. That said, he's an honest & straight guy who's services I would commend to anyone who has the patience to deal with him. Because your your patience will surely be well rewarded!

   Great find! Richard gave me a value-for-money quote for fixing the series of scuffs and scratches on my car's rear bumper and he stuck to that price. He did an amazing quality job. He also has a very non-judgmental disposition (he never even smirked when he realised I'd pranged into a stationary wall) and a friendly approach. Would definitely recommend him.

   Richard did an incredible job repairing our little Fiat 500, the dent was in a tricky location on the wheel arch, we thought it would be impossible to get it back to the way it was, but Richard saved the day and did an absolutely amazing job repairing the dent, matching the paint and blending it perfectly, the car is now back to it's former glory and looks like brand new, thank you Richard for your wizard skills on our car, we are so pleased and so impressed with the quality of the repair.
